Palate Toffee apples, ginger, orange, shortbread taste with a hint of sherry, soft oak and cinnamon spice. Finish Very well balanced finish. Nose Sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas and slightly nutty tones coming through. Palate Clean, with green apples and hints of sweet liquorice. Finish Long, rich finish.
